Help buyer not known at contact number!

I have just sold a car and emailed the buyer to pass on contact details and arrange collection after no response I emailed again. As the buyer has no feedback I started to think I may have a problem so Tried calling the contact number given by ebay. The registered buyers name is not known on that number so looks like I have been had by a time waster.Tried to use the resolution centre but that says it has to be 7 days before I can start the process but I want to be able to give a second chance offer or get rid of the car some other way.Hos can I progress from here?
