Is this a scammer or am I paranoid?

I had a camera listed as BIN or Best offer. It was sold this morning to a user who registered literally minutes before buying it. So, they are a very new user with zero feedback buying an expensive item.According to Paypal, the camera has been paid for and the address is UK confirmed and so the item should be sent. However, I can't help feeling suspicious. I always send within 'Seller Protection' guidelines, so this person would not be able to say that the item had not been received but if I send camera
