second chance buyer

Hi there,Wondered if someone could help me please. The highester bidder and winner on my item turned out to be a hoax. I have offered it to the second bidder and they have purchased it as second chance. How will I remove the first listing that the hoaxer bid on and as this showed as a sale, will I have to pay fees for both the auction and second chance?ThanksDiane
