goods damaged in post.


Hi, Buyer says goods damaged in post, glass shade on lamp.He offered to claim through Royal mail,Has had letter saying that will not get compensation as goods sent thorough standard parcel.I stated that they would go standard and that I would mark fragile and also marked box this way up.I also said that I would not be resposible for lose or damage to item. Do have to refund this buyer
