Uncirtain about cutomer...

How long should I give a bid winner before I re-auction an item?The winner of my most recent item sent me a message when he won asking about how to pay. Since I replied, I have not heard anything. This was on Monday 31st.He has not bought or sold anything on his profile, so he has a 0 review status.I wonder if I should ignor the win, but I dont know if there is a correct procedure for this. Any information would be appreciated.
